The gift shop at the end was very busy, I recommend saving a bit of time to look around and wait in the queue to be served. The cafe and picnic areas were great and I have to say the butter beer was very nice, although the rest of our party didn’t agree. The staff were also fantastic, all of them teeming with knowledge of the franchise and super happy to chat and help where needed. Getting in-depth insights into the making of Harry Potter and seeing the sets and props in person was super special. ![]() As well as this, throughout the day, death eaters put on a wonderful display.Įach and every aspect of the tour was simply brilliant. The Great Hall was decorated with floating pumpkins and really looked fantastic. It turns out we scheduled our visit on the first day of the Dark Arts Halloween special. We arrived for the first slot of the day, and had almost no wait as the queue was handled brilliantly. Strongly recommend, especially for die hard fans of the harry potter world!Īs a die hard fan of the Harry Potter franchise, I was very much looking forward to a visit to the Warner Bros Studio Tour. Hopefully will visit again soon with other family and friends. Super cool features, such as the harry potter actors hand moulds, and the lifesize models. Ended up buying some ice cream and butter beer (which is pictured). We stayed about 4 hours, with an hour to eat. Staff at the cashier made us feel very welcome, interacting with us and genuinely looking like they enjoyed their job. Gift shop was a little overpriced, but the staffs positive attitude really brightened the day up and encouraged me to let my daughter buy a little something. Food was £18 for two kids meals, so it is a little on the pricey side. Every member of staff spotted it and wished her a magical birthday, which she loved. It was my daughters birthday and they gave her a birthday badge. This was no problem at all and they immediately brought us to print out new tickets without any issue. We had a small issue with the tickets as we got in, as i had forgot them and only had a confirmation email. The customer service here absolutely blew us away, the staff are very interactive, friendly, helpful and informative. Overcame and serious fear and started with uldn't started with a better ride. Would definitely recommend pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and you will be surprised how brave and successful you can be. Very clean and the facilities were again very clean and maintained. It's obviously rather expensive to eat and drink inside the park, there are designated areas for people who self cater. ![]() Large selection of food and drinks available.shame only one healthy option though. Some of the seats could be made more comfortable.Įxcellent idea of having a replica seat to try before you even queue up.įound the majority of the rides comfortable but the head and neck are poorly supported and we did have pain after a couple of the rides. Only one disappointment for us, won't spoil the review with it.Įxcellent quality customer service and friendly helpful staff, excluding the odd one or two, looking board and mumbling.Įxcellent teamwork with staff getting people on and off rides, well oiled machine on all the □ roller coasters. Haven't been for many years and overcame some of my biggest fears, so felt great.
